Body Care bookings

To ensure the best selection of appointment times, we strongly recommend making reservations before arrival. We cannot guarantee the availability of appointments on any specific day or time. All services over two hours in duration must be guaranteed with a credit card.

Body Care etiquette

We ask that you always allow enough time for your experience and arrive 15 minutes prior to your appointment. We adhere to a prompt appointment schedule; so your treatment will finish on time so as not to inconvenience our next client.

Body Care is a professional beauty therapy operation, clients should not expect anything other than therapeutic or salon services. We ask that you share public space respectfully with other spa clients. During your treatment you may be silent or quietly talkative. Feel free to give honest feedback to your therapist or customer service staff.

Cancellations and rescheduling

Clients are asked to provide 24 hour notice in the event of a cancellation or rescheduling. There is a cancellation fee of $50 per hour of service reserved, regardless of the reason for cancellation. If the appointment time is filled, no fee is charged. We make every effort to fill vacated appointments and avoid making a charge to clients.

Security

Please leave valuables at home or in a hotel safe. We regret we are unable to secure jewellery and valuables at the salon.

Gift vouchers

Gift Certificates can be issued in any denomination. Gift Certificates can be bought over the phone. For an additional fee, gift certificates can be sent overnight within New Zealand by courier provided the order is placed by 10am the previous day.

Dress

Please feel free to come to the salon "as you are." We provide a secure environment for your belongings. Your comfort and privacy will be respected at all times.
